If you must cancel for any reason, notify HCSMRP via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled registered event. Your registration fee will be refunded within 10 days less a 25% processing fee. Cancellations less than 7 calendar days of the event are non-refundable. However, your registration may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the event with notification to HCSMRP.
In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel a scheduled event, HCSMRP will issue a full refund of the registration fee within 30 days. HCSMRP is not responsible for other charges incurred by the registrant, including hotel, travel fees, etc.
Merchant charges shown on your credit card transaction summary are to HCSMRP. If you are disputing a charge, then please contact the HCSMRP Treasurer via email at email@example.com.
